FabFleet provides software for car rental management, corporate booking requests, branch operations, associate network coordination, billing workflows, reports, and related operational tasks.

Users must use the platform lawfully, keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information, and ensure that bookings, rates, invoices, documents, and customer details entered into the system are authorized and correct.

Access to FabFleet is controlled by account roles, permissions, company configuration, branch selection, and subscription status. Customers are responsible for assigning suitable access to their team members and connected users.

FabFleet may restrict or suspend access when required for security, non-payment, misuse, legal compliance, or protection of the platform and its users.

Customers retain responsibility for the data they enter into FabFleet, including business records, passenger details, corporate requests, driver and vehicle information, rate data, invoices, and uploaded documents.

By using the platform, customers authorize FabFleet to process this data as needed to provide the service, maintain the product, troubleshoot issues, support users, and meet legal or operational requirements.

Some features may depend on an active subscription, paid plan, usage limits, or account status. Pricing, plan limits, renewals, and payment terms may be provided during onboarding or inside the subscription area.

If a subscription expires or payment is not completed, access to parts of the platform may be limited until the account is brought back into good standing.

FabFleet is provided for operational software support and does not replace each customer responsibility for legal compliance, tax treatment, customer contracts, transport permits, employment obligations, or financial review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FabFleet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from use of the platform.
